Our Minor Dwelling are built using standard construction methods, not SIP panel.
Built using strong and durable NZ steel framing, thermally broken and ventilated cladding cavity system, and insulated to meet the new h1 requirements of the Building Code.
We don't just build them, we can take care of everything from design to installation and have a tight group of sub contractors that can assist in getting all your services connected to your new dwelling.
